Environmental Assessment for the Runway 3-21 Extension at Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM)

The Montgomery Airport Authority in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and the FAA Order 1050.1F, Environmental Impacts: Policies and Procedures, has completed an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed extension of Runway 3-21 at the Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM) in Montgomery, AL. Hard copies of the EA are available for review at the MGM Airport Information Desk located at 4445 Selma Highway, Montgomery, AL 36108.  

The public comment period opens on November 1, 2025 and is open for 30 days. The comment period will close on November 30, 2025.
