Montgomery, AL – Montgomery Regional Airport (MGM) welcomed families from across the River Region this past weekend for Passport to Paris, a hands-on culinary and cultural experience designed to inspire young travelers and connect the community through food, education, and travel.
Held inside the airport terminal, the event brought children and their families together for an interactive cooking class led by Stick A Fork In It Culinary Classes for Kids, where participants learned about French culture while preparing classic Parisian-inspired treats. Young chefs received their own chef hats and aprons, creating an engaging, memorable experience that blended learning with fun.
Guests also enjoyed refreshing lemonade provided by local small business Suga’s Lemonade, highlighting Montgomery Regional Airport’s commitment to supporting local entrepreneurs and showcasing regional partners.
