What’s
Double-Tripping?
Double-Tripping?
Double Tripping is when travelers drive hours to out-of-town airports like ATL or BHM just to catch a flight. They deal with traffic, long lines, higher costs, and lost time — all for the illusion of more options.
But when you skip the highway and fly from home, you:
- Save money on gas, parking, hotels, and stress
- Strengthen MGM’s case for more direct routes and airline service
- Support your local airport, helping fill existing flights
- Keep tourism and travel dollars right here in the River Region
When you choose to fly MGM, you’re doing more than booking a flight — you’re making an investment in our region, you’re helping build a better airport for you and your neighbors and you’re not just a traveler — you’re a part of MGM’s growth story.
So let’s stop Double Tripping, your next flight is closer than you think.
